1. Welcome to Selah
Welcome to Selah: The Pause Experience, a faith-centered digital space created to encourage women to pause, rest, reflect, and reconnect with God. Selah is operated by Selah The Pause Experience ("we", "us"). When you use Selah you are contracting with Selah The Pause Experience. By accessing or continuing to use Selah, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Notice.
2. Our services
Selah may provide daily Christian devotionals and Scripture reflections, guided prayers and audio, private journaling (including optional AI-prepared reflections), Scripture reading journeys, the Sis Circle community, faith-based teaching, and premium resources. Some services require a paid Selah+ membership.
3. Membership eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or take part in the Sis Circle. You agree to give accurate information, keep your sign-in details private, and take responsibility for activity under your account.
4. Faith-based purpose
Selah is rooted in Christian faith, prayer and compassion. Selah does not provide medical treatment, mental health therapy, crisis intervention, or licensed counseling. AI-prepared reflections may be imperfect and are not a substitute for pastoral or professional care. If you are in danger, contact local emergency services, or call or text 988 in the US.
5. Sis Circle community standards
Treat every woman with dignity and respect. Do not harass, bully, threaten, discriminate, share another member's private information, advertise or spam, or post illegal, exploitative or harmful content.
6. Acceptable use
You must not use Selah unlawfully, for fraud or spam, to infringe anyone's intellectual property, or to interfere with its security (including malware, probing, or scraping).
7. Our content
Selah The Pause Experience owns Selah and its content, design, software and branding. Your journal entries remain yours; we store them only to provide the service to you.
8. Service availability
We work to keep Selah available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
9. Selah+ payments and subscriptions
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, renewal, tax, cancellation and refund terms are set out in Paddle's Buyer Terms.
Selah+ renews automatically each month or year until cancelled. Introductory pricing (currently $7.99/month for the first 6 months of a monthly plan, then $9.99/month) is shown before you pay. You may cancel anytime from your Selah+ page; you keep access until the end of the period already paid for. See our Refund Policy.
10. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or end access for a serious breach of these Terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated violations of our community standards.
